- How committed are you to your Health?
- I've not been committed yet..., they're still trying to catch me..., but they never will, ha, ha, ha...
- If you were stranded on a desert island with one book and one person, which book and which person?
- For the book, probably the Bhagavad Gita, one, because that makes me sound spiritual and all, but it also happens to be a great read, over and over (stuck on a desert Island, you have to look at such things), for the person, just someone who's not contentious.....
- Who have been your greatest teachers?
- My Sifu, Kwong Wing Lam (I learned the lesson of "there's always someone SMALLER and badder than yourself" from him and from the kwoon he built and I learned at), my paramedic instructor, she was one of the smartest women I've ever known..., she was also hot..., wait..., does that make me sound un-spiritual??
Principally though..., myself...
- Who are your idols? Living or not?
- Why..., Marco Lam, of course, but also Yogananda, Lord Ganesh and my mother.
- What are the 3 greatest challenges you are facing in your personal growth?
- My self, um..., myself.., and uh..., let's see..., probably..., myself!
- What 3 things are you doing that most benefit your Health?
- Yoga, eating veggie and vegan and plenty of sex..., OK..., that's a lie..., we all know the last one is impossible....
- Describe in two sentences the person you most want to become.
- Can I say Christy Brinkley here?? No? OK, then..., how about my TRUE SELF!
- What is your favorite food?
- Any that does not turn my skin yellow for six months....
- What is your greatest passion?
- Still trying to figure that one out, will LYK when I do...
Seriously, have lost passion for most things, but still do love to travel (despite turning yellow for six months) and explore other cultures, peoples, etc.
- What is your greatest fear?
- Aloneness, obscurity, those little dolls that talk and move their eyeballs..., hell, they're all nightmarish to me....
- Is there anything in general you'd like to tell people about you?
- This may come as a shock..., but humor is my way of running away from the world ("what world?") and if you find me to be serious during any period of lucidity, better take me to a Dr fast!
Seriously (fake word), I love to love people. Still learning that not everyone has to be my friend or like me, but I'm an honorable man and would kill or die for my friends and family.
